Handel’s Messiah isn’t just a masterpiece: it’s a national treasure. Ev’ry Valley, For Unto Us a Child is Born and, of course, the Hallelujah Chorus – everyone already knows at least some of the tunes. To hear the whole thing performed live is a life-affirming experience and today, with the RSNO, four world-class singers and our magnificent Chorus, every note will feel fresh. Whether this is your first Messiah, or your hundredth, there’s no more joyful way to start the new year.
